The Challenge
Keeping our data safe and secure is a massive priority at Havas People. Every year, we need to engage employees in the role they can play in retaining our ISO accreditation. The thing is, ISO content can be a bit, well…dry. So how did we develop training that was fresh, interactive and easy to absorb?
The Solution
We gave the training a brand new identity, and really pushed the functionality and design. Using clear, simple statements, we introduced humour, minimalist designs and easy navigation. We increased the interactivity too, by hiding information behind certain actions, such as clicking or dragging; as well as playing with layers, pop ups and movement.
The Results
The training was well received, with 97% of employees completing the module within four weeks. Having presented the training at a Havas Worldwide webinar, we were asked to partner with future training initiatives. Which just goes to show how changing the packaging has a strong effect on how compliance training is received and experienced.
