The Challenge
In 2019, SAP undertook a major research programme in 23 countries to create its new EVP. But an increasingly competitive market meant that despite the launch, SAP recognised the need to bring it to life in ways that would speak to the high calibre candidates they were looking for – through changing perceptions and driving engagement. A challenge we were delighted to get on board for.
The Solution
We worked closely with the client to leverage the power of the ‘We Build Breakthroughs Together’ EVP. We identified ways to tell ‘two-person stories’ – exciting examples of how SAP’s people have come together to serve the world, support growth and shape tomorrow. We’ve also created toolkits that enable people across the global SAP community to leverage the power of the EVP in a consistent, compelling way.

The team at SAP has been delighted by the new creative approach to their EVP.
